Essay Topics - How to Create Consistent Essay Topics
Essay Topics - How to Create Consistent Essay TopicsIs your raisin in the sun essay topics consistent? If not, I'll explain how to do this so you can get back on track. You will want to start with a constant topic. This is the name of the assignment you're going to have to write. Here's how I like to approach this. First, you need to have a firm topic that you are comfortable with.Next, you need to think about how you will cover new things that are happening in your life and in your world today. In fact, you need to brainstorm about what you will be covering. You need to think about this for awhile. Then, you will want to think about the main idea of your essay and how you will get from point A to point B. Think about how you can talk about this in a way that the student will understand. Remember, they are going to be reading it.Then, you should come up with a theme for the main idea of your essay. Then, you should incorporate some other ideas into this theme that will make it more coh esive. When writing, you may want to give the student a point of view on the main idea of the essay. For example, if the raisin in the sun is being used as an analogy for personal growth, you may want to give a student the idea that he or she was inspired by a conversation they had with a family member who had a lot of raisins in the sun. This student may then have a broader perspective on the topic. You may also want to limit your time frame. That is, you might tell the student to write an essay about the subject in the fall and have it accepted at the end of the year. Then, in the spring, you may have the student write another essay on the same subject and submit it in the fall. You have to make sure that your constant topic is consistent. Otherwise, your students won't remember anything about it.
